What Are 3AF Office Hours?
3AF Office Hours is a new program designed to provide one-on-one guidance to businesses and organizations looking to tap into the Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) consumer segment. Whether you need advice on campaign strategies, creative concepts, or cultural relevance, our experts are here to help you navigate this growing market.
Getting Started Is Easy
Here’s a summary of how it works:
- Check Availability: Browse and find open dates and times.
- Complete and Submit the Questionnaire: Download the questionnaire in which you can provide detailed information about your needs, and upload the completed questionnaire along with any additional materials you’d like us to review in advance. (Note: We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.)
- Submit Payment Online: Securely pay for your session to confirm your booking.
- Join the Session: Meet with your 3AF experts via Zoom at the scheduled time. (Please ensure you arrive on time to make the most of your session.)

Frequently Asked Questions
- Who will I meet during the session? You’ll be matched with 3AF experts based on your needs. Experts include board members and our knowledgeable members.
- What times are the office hours? As 3AF is a national organization, we are choosing times that accommodate the most time zones. We will offer a fixed time slot from 11 am to 12:30 pm Pacific Time/2 pm to 3:30 pm Eastern Time on the third Tuesday of every month. The booking slot will close on the first Tuesday of each month.
- How long is each session? Each session is 1.5 hours long.
- How many people can join the session? Up to six participants, including you. Small group ensures meaningful discussions.
- What’s the cost? Each session costs $600. 3AF members receive a 20% discount.
- Do you have drop-in hours? No. As we want to provide the best counsel and expertise, we need to know in advance who we are meeting with and your question/what is needed.
- What if I need more time? No problem! Just sign up for a second office hours session or however many hours you need. 3AF is the primary resource in Asian advertising and marketing, and we are here to help.
- Can I reschedule? Yes, with at least 7 days’ notice. Contact Bonnie Curtis at bcurtis@3af.org.
- Why should I take advantage of 3AF’s office hours? Today’s consumers are much more savvy, so failing to recognize the importance of the Asian American consumer opportunity can lead to a decline in customer loyalty and/or a decline in market share.
