Courtesy room blocks have been secured at the host hotel and other nearby hotels. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Attendees are responsible for making and guaranteeing their own reservations, as well as for all room, taxes, fees, and incidental charges.
Reservations must be made by the room block deadline or before the block sells out, whichever occurs first. After the cutoff date, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed, and hotels will charge the prevailing rate.
