Cost: As a membership benefit, 3AF members receive a discount on both the Boot Camp and Summit. The cost for the Boot Camp is $200 for non-members and $75 for 3AF members. The early bird conference fee (prior to April 30) is $799 for current 3AF members and $999 for non-members.You must be a current member in good standing to be eligible for the member rate. On May 1, the conference registration will be $899 for 3AF members and $1,099 for non-members. When registering online, please be sure to provide each attendee’s information including name, title, company name, email address and phone number. Group Discount for Members: Current 3AF members who are registering three or more attendees from the same company will receive a 10 percent discount. To receive the discount, you must be invoiced for the group registrations and be a paid member in good standing. Please contact Genny Hom-Franzen, 3AF Executive Director, via email at email@example.com and provide the billing contact person’s name, email address, phone number, and names/email addresses of all conference registrants. An invoice will be emailed to you, and you will need to pay via check.
Conference registration cancellation policy: Registered attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to a colleague or friend if the 3AF is notified in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 7 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for registration cancellations less than 14 business days prior to the conference. Refunds will be issued in the same form that the payment was made. Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials.
